Preschool

I feel that before we can proceed with a solid plan for preschool I need all families participating to respond to the following questions.

Are there any food or other allergies we need to know about?
Are there any special needs we should know about?
Is your child potty trained?
Do they need help in the bathroom?
Would you rather we assign each child to take turns and bring a snack for the whole group; have us purchase snacks; or everyone bring their own snack each time?
Do you anticipate your child(ren) staying during just the apprentice, or the journeyman also, or masters class time(s)?
For now the plan is for parents to provide their child's individual supplies and we provide the group supplies. As I have talked to different moms about their ideas I feel that $5/ child for the year will not cover our costs. Depending on your above answers we will be able to better determine the actual cost for preschool.
Now for the general ideas, so far.
I have written lots of notes as I felt prompted. I've found some of my old ideas from when my oldest was preschool age. As well as looked over and considered the ideas share by others moms, so far.
I do not have plans to try to follow the themes for the older kids. Some ideas I have are: free play as everyone arrives and gets settled for about 15 min. Then gather and welcome children. Parts of the welcome time would include prayer; pledge; on the calendar show and say days of the week and months of the months of the year; count the days that have passed in the month to get to the date; tell what season it is; put up a graphic for the weather that day. Next we would do stations. For these I thought of letter of the day; art; activity/project/sensory; music; classic/old play ground games/moving; and story time. These stations would be broken up by snack time, lunch time, a rest time, and free play time.
As we get your feedback we will be able to determine if we will do small group rotations or have all do rotations together. Also we will determine if we will change which stations are offered from week to week or do each station each week.
Your prompt reply will help us plan and present a more clear schedule to our helpers and each parent.
